1. Service Overview

Ulusceviri provides specialized consulting services, translation and adaptation of financial documents (including annual reports and cross-border investment contracts) and courses on international economic terminology. All services are provided in accordance with the descriptions offered on the site and individual commercial proposals.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Ulusceviri's Obligations:

• Providing services with professionalism and accuracy, within the agreed terms.
• Complete confidentiality of documents and information received from the Client.
• Communication of any delays or technical difficulties affecting delivery.

Client's Obligations:

• Providing necessary information and documents in a clear and complete form.
• Payment of issued invoices within the established deadlines.
• Using delivered materials and translations only for the agreed purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Ulusceviri assumes liability for serious errors and proven negligence in the provision of services. Our liability is limited to the value of the respective contract. We are not liable for consequences of decisions made by the Client based on the translations or consulting provided, for loss of profit, or for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

Payment is made according to the issued invoice. Translation and consulting services are personalized and, once started, are not eligible for a full refund. Any request for modification or cancellation must be communicated in writing. Complete details are specified in the individual contract or commercial offer.

5. Termination of Use

Each party may terminate a service agreement in case of a significant breach of terms by the other party, with prior written notice. Intellectual property rights over original materials remain with the party that owns them.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The current version will always be published on this site. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
